That the overall experience was went good.

I really appreciated all the time that they gave me in explaining as much and taking me right down to get the medicine that I needed so that I knew what it was that I needed. I did get the wrong gauze shape, but everything else seemed to be very well done. And they took me right out to my car and was very nice. Took me out in the... the chair so that I wouldn't have to walk out there to get into the car. So they were very respectful, kind, and thoughtful. And I just really appreciated even going from one place to the other. So it just surprised me when the one said, well, we can't help you. And then she just said, well, I mean that it's not an infection.
