I've had great experiences in the past so it really depends on who sees you. This time, not so much.

I would tell them the service was okay, the lobby was not very clean, and I think they should be a little bit more personable with people.

Go to MaryMount Hospital instead of Metro Health

So I'm a UH patient, but for urgent care, I definitely recommend Metro Health on Broadway because they are fast and they let you know what's going on. So I left my visit. Doctor told me to go to the hospital. That's exactly what I did and I was in the hospital for four days. Thank you, Metro. I appreciate it.

I would tell my friends and family that it's a very friendly place and everybody is acknowledgeable of their parts and I was treated fairly in with respect
