Dr. Nelson is incredible. She is friendly she listens and she is extremely knowledgeable. I like that she gives me options with her recommendations. She explains everything so clearly. Nurse Terry, who works with her is also amazing. She greets me with a smile, she's friendly. And when I talk to her on the phone, she is always ready to help me immediately if I need it and find the best solution. I am indebted to MetroHealth and every experience I ever have is amazing. One of the most incredible experiences I've had in involve this situation. Dr. Nelson has been treating my broken toes for a while. And I heard a pop and knew I needed to see her right away. And the first suggestion was to go to the ER to get an x-ray. I didn't have the time with my job and I knew they couldn't help me. But Dr. Nelson and Terry worked it out where they put an order in for me at Cleveland severance and then she saw me that day. Talk about commitment to customer care. And it is for those reasons that I continue to stay with MetroHealth. The concern for the patient and helping them in the best way possible is something that I value and reason why I will always support MetroHealth unless that care is lost
