There were five providers and all were knowledgeable and professional, and took pains to make sure we had no questions we had an x-ray and a bone density while we were there. They did their best to fit us in in the afternoon. That way, we did not have to come back to Cleveland. We were happy with the care we received.

Dr. Prochoroff is difficult to get information back from or action taken through. We had issues getting medication refilled at the appropriate dosage, and this visit to go over that and to go over some updates he made to my child's file and I didn't understand those updates and it just seemed like he was kind of dismissing some of my concerns rather than just addressing them very directly. It took some time and eventually we were both able to get on the same page, but it, in my opinion, took a little longer than it should have to reach that point so

Very respectable and respectful. Heard what I had to say. Gave great advice and showed care for myself and my daughter. Was very knowledgeable and understanding.
