I became ill I believe because I did not get the proper diagnoses that could have prevented the problem that put me in hospital

He's a very good doctor and I like him from the day I met him. Out of eye contact and he listened to what I said, what was going on with me and he really helped me. I'm thankful to have him to be my doctor.

He's the best doctor.

Attentive, and very engaging professional personality, which made him easy to communicate with.

Patient Rating

He is either overworked or overwhelmed by his job. He does not respond to my communications, does not follow up on our agreements, and is not responsive to my needs or requests. Perhaps most important is the fact that I do not feel seen or cared for in the relationship with my caregivers. My well-being and my health do not seem to be of great concern. I have repeatedly requested more effective therapies -- verbally and in writing -- and nothing changes. The symptoms for which I first sought care at Metrohealth years ago are still present or worse today than at my first appointment. I can't help but feel that I receive sub-par care simply because I use Medicaid. I'm certain that I could get better care if I had more money.
