Absolutely love Dr Loo. She is kind and thorough. She actually corrected problems I was having that a previous family physician with another practice couldn't. Very sad she is leaving!

I know others who see this provider who say they usually have to wait 30-45 minutes past their scheduled appointment to be seen. This is obviously a pattern.
