The entire experience was exemplary. I got an appointment quickly, Dr. Loo is incredibly smart, personable, and really seemed to like being nerdy about my health with me. All the supporting staff was also great, receptionist and nurse. The phlebotomist especially who was by far the fastest most confident most accurate at his job I have ever experienced, absolutely painless! Thanks everyone ??
