Any child enrolled in these schools listed below can participate in MetroHealth's School Health Program.

How to Enroll

Once you complete the consent packet, your child will remain in the program the entire time he or she is enrolled in a CMSD school, although you can withdraw your child by writing a letter to MetroHealth.

To receive a current School Health Program schedule, call (216) 957-1307 or reach out to your school nurse Monday – Friday between 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
