Pride Network Primary Care is Lifespan Care
Lesbian, gay, bisexual, non-binary, transgender, queer and intersex people have the same routine health needs as cisgender or heterosexual people. The Pride Network’s primary care providers are committed to creating a respectful and accepting space for LGBTQ+ patients to receive their care.
They understand the LGBTQ+ community’s journey, culture and language and the stress they face daily. Pride Network providers are comfortable with families that have LGBTQ+ parents.
Pride Network Primary Care includes:
- Family planning
- Pregnancy care
- Chronic disease management
- Elder care, over 55
- Well child care
- Smoking cessation
- Treating cholesterol and blood pressure
- Physical exams and Immunizations
- Testing for sexually transmitted infections
- PrEP and PEP for HIV prevention
- HIV Care
- Adult hormone and transition care
- Detransition care

Donate to the Pride Network Fund through The MetroHealth Foundation. The fund started in 2009 with a donation from the Cleveland Leather Awareness Weekend.
Money is used to help Pride patients with emergency food and safety, transportation to appointments, and other needs.
The MetroHealth Foundation is a 501(c)3 charity, donations are tax deductible.
