Our experts manage anticoagulation care, including starting, stopping and changing anticoagulants, with a focus on minimizing clotting and bleeding risks. Blood testing (INR for patients on warfarin) is available at MetroHealth laboratory locations and fingerstick point-of-care INR testing is available at several sites.
