School Health Program
In 2023, MetroHealth’s School Health Program commemorated 10 years since it launched as a single clinic at Cleveland Metropolitan School District Mound STEM Elementary School in the Slavic Village neighborhood.

ArtsRx Program
Knowing the powerful impact engaging with the arts has on mental health and loneliness, The MetroHealth System’s Center for the Arts in Health launched ArtsRx, a pilot project that allows providers to “prescribe” arts activities and experiences for their patients.

The Walter B. Jones, Jr. Scholars Endowment
The transformative legacy of architect, visionary and esteemed colleague Walter Jones will now be honored long into the future thanks to The MetroHealth System’s new Walter B. Jones, Jr., Scholars Endowment, announced Thursday, June 13th at the United Negro College Fund (UNCF) of Cleveland’s annual luncheon.

Gerson Family Resource Center & Endowment
During his lifetime, Benjamin S. Gerson developed a passion for improving the lives of people who were disenfranchised as a result of economic, physical, educational, racial and cultural barriers.

A Commitment to Whole-Person Autism Care
A collaborative effort to improve the outcomes for youth with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) transitioning to adulthood has been awarded a total of $1 million over the next three years from the Cleveland Foundation.
