The MetroHealth Foundation Funds

We each have causes and initiatives we particularly love. A payroll contribution is an easy way to show support in any MetroHealth area we choose.

Employees who give back to MetroHealth can select where contributions will go. Whether you choose to give through payroll deductions or a one-time gift via check or credit card, the moment is yours to support programs and areas that mean the most to you.

How to Designate a Fund

1. Choose a fund below and use the Copy feature to copy the name of the fund to your computer clipboard.
2. Select one of the following Donation Forms:
• Sustainer (first time) - Set gift amount deducted from each paycheck
• Increase Sustainer - Increase set gift amount deducted from each paycheck
• One-Time Gift - One-time gift paid by check or credit card
3. In the Donation Form, select “Other” on the Fund Designation dropdown menu and paste the fund name into the text box.

Note: If you would like to give to a department or service area but don’t feel called to a specific fund, the Patient Care, Education and Research Fund in each category is used at the department’s discretion, typically to the area where it needs the most support. These funds are listed first for each department when available.

Example: You want to provide general support to Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation; you would select “PM&R Patient Care, Education and Research Fund”
