Recovery Resources Old Brooklyn

Recovery Resources provides integrated behavioral and primary health care in partnership with MetroHealth to address clients’ comprehensive health needs. This is especially helpful and recommended for clients with a severe mental health diagnosis or clients with a significant chronic illness.

Integrated care services include a licensed professional to assist in communication and coordination between primary and behavioral health providers; periodic monitoring of physical health markers; participation in nutrition and exercise groups; and on-site primary care and dental services.
