- STRIDERs attend classes weekly the first six months and a least monthly the 2nd six months.

Two Weekly Class Options
Flexible - choose a day and time that fits your schedule each week.
Online
- Tuesdays: 2:30 pm – 4:00 pm or 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm
- Thursdays: 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm or 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm
In-Person
- Sign-up required due to space limitations - call 216-778-2363.
- Tuesdays: 10:00 am – 11:30 am at Middleburg Heights November Family Health Center
- Thursdays: 11:00 am – 12:30 pm at Spry Senior Brook Park
