STRIDES: Steps TReaching Individual Diet and Exercise Solutions

Highlights

  • STRIDES is a one-year program
  • STRIDERs attend classes weekly the first six months and a least monthly the 2nd six months
  • Group classes are offered in-person and online
  • Two weekday options (Tuesdays or Thursdays)

Two Weekly Class Options

Classes are offered in-person and online.

Choose a convenient day and time: 

  • Tuesdays:  2:30 pm – 4:00 pm or 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm
  • Thursdays:  3:00 pm - 4:30 pm or 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm
