Dr. Wilson is an Association Professor in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the MetroHealth Medical Center and Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) School of Medicine. His research has focused on reducing pain with electrical stimulation and improving function after stroke. Current research involves motor nerve stimulation to reduce post-stroke shoulder pain and pain associated with subacromial impingement syndrome. He has expertise in clinical trials and has conducted multiple multi-center clinical trials in pain relieving therapies. In addition to pursuing his own research, has he participated in multiple trials to improve motor function after stroke.
