Notice of Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees

The MetroHealth System Board of Trustees is issuing this notice for a Special Meeting of The Board of Trustees on August 9, 2024.

The time, location and purpose of the meeting are set forth below.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss hospital trade secrets as defined by ORC 1333.61, to consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion, or compensation of a public employee, and to conference with the public body’s attorney to discuss disputes involving the public body that are the subject of pending or imminent court action.

Please note it is anticipated that most of the meeting will take place in executive session.
