The MetroHealth Board of Trustees has made a change to the time of the Board of Trustees general purpose meeting scheduled for February 22, 2023.

It will take place on the same date and in the same location but will begin at 6:30 pm.

Wednesday, February 15, 2023 - Notice of Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees
5:30 – 6:00 pm

Glick Center – Conference Room AC2-311B or via Zoom

The purpose of the February 15th Special Meeting is to discuss hospital trade secrets as defined in ORC 1333.61; for discussion with a public body’s attorney to discuss pending or imminent court action; and to consider the employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion, or compensation of a public employee. It is anticipated that a majority of the meeting will take place in executive session.
