Employment: Arnold serves as a Managing Director on the Sponsor Finance Team for Huntington National Bank.
Education: A.B. in Applied Mathematics from Brown University; MBA in General Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management
Background: Arnold’s professional career in the financial service industry has spanned across investment consulting, investment banking and regional banking. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for The City Club of Cleveland and is an ordained minister for Bethany Baptist Church.

Background: Corlett’s career has included leadership roles in both the public and private sectors, including serving as the State of Ohio’s Medicaid Director. He currently is a Visiting Senior Fellow with the Center for Community Solutions, and a Distinguished Visiting Community Scholar at the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University. He is currently a board member of various non-profit, public, and philanthropic organizations.

Background: Dumas’s career has included leadership roles in both the public and private sector for more than 40 years. She retired from the City of Cleveland in January 2022; where she served as Director of Finance from 2006-2021 and additional Interim Chief of Staff for the Jackson Administration in 2017-2021. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Northeast Ohio Sewer District.

Background: Mr. Dziedzicki currently serves as an Independent Consultant. Dziedzicki has a career spanning over forty years devoted exclusively to leadership and health care. He retired as the Chief Operating Officer of University Hospitals-Cleveland Medical Center and University Hospitals Physician Services in 2019. Mr. Dziedzicki retired as a Major General from the United States Army Reserve in 2016 after 32 years of service to the Nation.

Background: Ms. Garcia is a dedicated first-chair trial lawyer who handles complex commercial litigation matters. A former Assistant United States Attorney, Ms. Garcia has extensive experience with litigation involving various state and federal statutes regulating business conduct and competition, including investigations and pre-suit analyses related to each of these areas.

Employment: Mendez serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Starting Point
Education: B.A. Williams College
Background: Mendez’s career has included several leadership roles at the United Way of Greater Cleveland and the AIDS Taskforce of Greater Cleveland. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Gund Foundation, Cleveland State University Foundation and Cuyahoga Arts and Culture.

Employment: Moss has been a Financial Advisor since 1992, and currently serves as Senior Vice President with UBS Financial Services.
Education: Bachelor's degree in history from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio; MBA in finance from the University of Akron
Background: He served on the MetroHealth Foundation Board, Board of Trustees for the Cleveland Municipal School District, and Vice President of the Board of Cleveland Public Library. John and is wife, Karen, have resided in the Tremont neighborhood since 1989, and are the proud parents of their daughter who is a third-year medical student at the University of Toledo.

Background: Mr. Summers served as the Mayor of Lakewood from 2009-2019. Prior to becoming Mayor, he was elected to Lakewood City Council in 2007. He also served as President and Owner of Summers Rubber Company for 32 years. Mr. Summers serves on several public and private boards.

Education: Bachelor's degree, Williams College; M.D., University of Cincinnati Medical School
Background: Dr. Walker spent his 32-year career at MetroHealth and retired as the system’s Senior Vice President for ambulatory operations. In his practice, he specialized in internal medicine and led MetroHealth’s primary care department for over 15 years.
