Industrial Rehabilitation

MetroHealth's WorkLink Work-Related Rehabilitation Program works to get you back on the job quickly and safely. We provide you with functional capacity tests to determine what type of work might be best for you. We provide conditioning classes so you can build up the strength and endurance you need for work. We have a rehabilitation psychologist on staff to address emotional health concerns caused by your injury or illness.

When you enroll, our team develops a treatment plan just for you. Together, we determine when you'll be ready to get back to work. Through it all, we communicate with your employer, insurance company and case manager so that you can focus on getting better.
