Admission Guidelines

Age 13 years or older
Ability to tolerate an intensive multidisciplinary rehabilitation program requiring at least two therapy disciplines and consisting of 15 therapy hours per week
Need for medical oversight by a physiatrist
Require 24-hour-care by a registered nurse with rehabilitation training for problems with bowel, bladder, pain, skin, safety, balance, behavior, communication, or neurologic condition
Potential to achieve significant improvement with rehabilitation care
