Online prescription refill requests for MetroHealth Pharmacies can be completed through MyChart.

Get Started with Mail-Order Prescriptions
If you use a maintenance medication, our home delivery pharmacy service may cost you less and prescriptions are shipped right to your home. To get started:
New Prescriptions
- Simply have your provider send 90-day prescriptions to the MetroHealth Valley View Specialty/Mail Order facility when e-prescribing. Then call 216-957-6337, option 4, to initiate your order.
Switching Prescriptions
- If you are switching existing prescriptions to our MetroHealth Mail Order service, call 216-957-6337, option 4, to request startup on the service. Our staff will handle any additional prescription requests, if needed, from your provider or outside pharmacy.
- Or fill out the mail order form and send it and any hard-copy prescriptions to:

Once the pharmacy receives your order, your prescriptions will arrive within 7–10 business days.**.
