ACO Governing Body

The MetroHealth Care Partners Governing Board oversees all of the operations of MetroHealth Care Partners and reports on its ongoing operations and outcomes to The MetroHealth System Board of Trustees. The MetroHealth Care Partners Governing Board includes members that represent The MetroHealth System, MetroHealth Care Partners beneficiaries and community stakeholders. The Senior Vice President – Population Health of The MetroHealth System serves as the Chair of the MetroHealth Care Partners Governing Board and the remaining members include primary care and specialty physicians, hospital administration, a Medicare fee for service beneficiary who receives care in the MetroHealth Care Partners, and a community stakeholder.
