  • First Fridays at 12:00 noon
  • For people living with HIV who are around 50 years old and better
  • June – September location: Cleveland Lakefront Nature Preserve, 8701 Lakeshore Blvd. – park in lot or take #39 RTA. – meeting place is in the clearing just to the left of the MetroParks office. Bring a lawn chair if you have one (limited chairs provided)
  • October – May location: Franklin Circle Church – 1688 Fulton Rd., Cleveland. Free parking on street or in lot

Knit Squad

  • Thursdays at 11:45 a.m.
  • Practice or learn how to knit to help lower blood pressure and stress hormones
  • Meet in Glick Center outside of the meditation room on the first floor

Taco Tuesday

  • First & Third Tuesdays at 5:00 p.m.
  • Open to people living with HIV who are in their teens and twenties
  • MetroHealth Dermatology Clinic lobby

WOW - Women Only Wednesday

  • Third Wednesday of every month at 1:00 p.m. 
  • For cis women and trans women living with HIV
  • Glick Center Family Resource Room

Yoga

  • Thursdays at 10:00 a.m.
  • Gentle class suitable for everyone 
  • Mats are provided, wear comfy clothes and BYO water
  • June – September location: MetroHealth Cancer Care Patio, check in at Cancer Care desk. Rain location is the Meditation Room in Glick.
  • October – May location: Inward Compass Yoga Studio, 15903 West Park Rd, Cleveland 44111 (in the West Park / Kamms Corners neighborhood)
