Memorial and Tribute Gifts
Memorial and tribute giving allows you to create a lasting remembrance of a loved one, honor a special person or event, or thank a caregiver who has made a difference in your life.
You may make a general donation or designate your gift to the MetroHealth department of your choice. When you make a tribute gift, we will notify the person or family member that you have made a donation in his or her honor, or that of a loved one, but we will not disclose the gift amount.
If you have recently lost a loved one and would like to direct memorials to MetroHealth in lieu of flowers, it is important to include your wishes in the obituary notice. The following is suggested wording for an obituary or other tribute:
In memory of {deceased name} the family requests that gifts may be made to The MetroHealth Foundation, P.O. Box 74107, Cleveland, OH 44197-9932, or you may donate online here.
