- Review your personal information and make any changes as needed
Verify insurance information
- Add new insurance coverage as needed
- Upload pictures of your insurance cards
Review and sign documents from your phone
- Sign consent for treatment as needed
Pay your copay ahead of time
- If you have a copy due at the time of your visit you can pay ahead of time by entering your credit/debit card information
Keep your medication list up-to-date
- Add or remove medications you are taking
- Update your pharmacy information
Update your allergies
- Add or remove allergies
Complete required questionnaires
- All in person visits require a COVID-19 questionnaire
- Complete other questionnaires as needed based on visit type
