To better serve and protect both patients and health care workers during the COVID-19 outbreak, The MetroHealth System is announcing the following changes:

  • Masks Required
    • To continue protecting us all, everyone entering any MetroHealth location will be required to wear a mask that covers their mouth and nose. If you do not have one, one will be provided to you at our entrances. This new rule begins Monday, April 20, 2020, and is one more way we can continue to provide our best care to you and to keep our entire community safe from the coronavirus. Thank you for helping us all stay well.

    • Do you have symptoms of COVID? Think you may be sick? Call our hotline 440-59-COVID (440-592-6843).
    • If you need immediate care for non-COVID-19 issues, we're here to serve you. Whether it’s for an urgent issue, a medication refill or other health concern, please call 216-778-5500, and choose option #3 to be connected to a health care provider who can triage your care needs.
    • We offer both In-Person and Telehealth visits. Online self-scheduling is available using MyChart.
  • Pharmacies & Prescriptions
    • We are delivering prescriptions as a complimentary service and in accordance with the current guidance from the state of Ohio and Centers for Disease Control.
