MetroHealth employees have a track record for making a positive impact on our health system and the surrounding community. One of the ways employees give is through the Combined Employee Giving Campaign, which benefits MetroHealth, United Way of Greater Cleveland and Greater Cleveland Community Shares. With your help, we hope to increase both our employee participation and dollars raised in 2013. Click the links below for more information or to make your gift online.
Giving to The MetroHealth Foundation
Employees have the opportunity to make a wish come true right here at MetroHealth through the Employee Giving Campaign. The MetroHealth 2013 Wishes
describes a range of wishes, submitted by employees and voted upon by a committee of employee donors. Employees can select a MetroHealth 2013 Wishes project or direct their gift to The MetroHealth Fund or any fund or endowment. To discuss specific funds or endowments, contact Corinne Sheppard at 216-778-5861 or email@example.com
. Gifts can be made via payroll deduction (beginning with pay period #1 in 2014), cash, check or credit card.
MetroHealth Employee Giving Campaign Materials:
1. Browse the 2013 Wishes, and decide which wish(es) you'd like to support.
2. View the pledge form to review your giving options. Print and fill out this pledge form to mail in your gift.
3. Use the links below to donate online now:
Pacesetter: The Pacesetter Society consists of employees that commit to a 5 year pledge (130 pay periods) equaling a set percentage of their 2013 annual income. Platinum (3%), Gold (2%) and Silver (1%) are the three levels of Pacesetter Society. This pledge will be deducted from each pay period as outlined in the suggested giving table.
Wish Sustainer: Your donation will be deducted each pay period until you notify The MetroHealth Foundation of cancellation. You will have the ability to re-designate your gift each year. Wish Sustainer donors are included in the Annual Donor Listing and receive an exclusive lapel pin.
Wish Maker: Your donation is a one-time gift that will be paid over one year. Wish Maker donors are included in the Annual Donor Listing. Wish Makers may designate any of the seven wishes.
