The MEtroHealth Transformation Begins With ME
|"I know how much each of you already gives to MetroHealth. You are the reason we have been so successful and the reason we continue to better serve our community every day. For all of the time and devotion you give to MetroHealth, thank you."
- Akram Boutros, MD, President and CEO
MetroHealth employees have a 177-year track record of improving the lives of our patients and the health of our community. One of the many ways they do that is through the Employee Giving Campaign, which benefits MetroHealth and some of its key programs. This year, as we begin our transformation, our goal is to raise $750,000 before the end of the year.

Giving to The MetroHealth Foundation
Employees have the opportunity to make a wish come true here at MetroHealth through the Employee Giving Campaign. Employees can select from the MetroHealth 2014 Wishes
or direct their gift to The MetroHealth Fund or any fund or endowment in The MetroHealth Foundation. Gifts can be made through payroll deductions beginning in January, 2015, in cash or by check or credit card.
1. Browse the 2014 Wishes, and decide which you'd like to support.
2. View the pledge form to review your giving options. Print and fill out this pledge form to mail in your gift.
3. Use the links below to donate online now:
Pacesetter: The Pacesetter Society consists of employees who commit to a 5-year pledge (130 pay periods) equaling a set percentage of their 2014 annual income. Platinum (3%), Gold (2%) and Silver (1%) are the three levels of Pacesetter Society. This pledge will be deducted from each pay period as outlined in the suggested giving table. Pacesetters are acknowledged at an annual MetroHealth Foundation reception, are included in the Annual Donor Listing and receive an exclusive lapel pin.
Wish Sustainer: Wish Sustainer donations will be deducted each pay period until The MetroHealth Foundation is notified of cancellation. Sustainers have the ability to redesignate their gifts each year and are included in the Annual Donor Listing and receive an exclusive lapel pin.
Wish Maker: Wish Makers donate a one-time gift that can be paid over one year. They are included in the Annual Donor Listing.
