Diabetes Education Group Classes

A three-part series of classes is conducted each month. Afternoon classes are held in the WIC conference room located on the first floor of the Women's and Children's Pavilion. Our Certified Diabetes Educator and Diabetes Nurse Educator teach the sessions. A referral from your physician is required. Call (216) 778-7835 to schedule an initial assessment with the diabetes educator.

Diabetes Support Group

Our Diabetes Support Group meets monthly in the glass block room on the first floor of the Rehabilitation Pavilion. Various speakers discuss topics pertinent to diabetes control. The meeting is free of charge and held on the fourth Wednesday of every month from 3:00pm to 4:30pm.
