Outpatient phlebotomy services are offered at MetroHealth Medical Center under the division of Laboratory Support Services.

Laboratory Support Services is located in the Specialty Services Pavilion on the second floor in Room 2000.

Hours of Operation: Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–5:45 p.m.
No appointment is necessary. Service is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Current and new patients must bring a copy of their health insurance card, their MetroHealth medical record number or social security number (if a new patient), and a valid test request. Patients are required to present a valid photo identification, such as a driver's license or a government-issued ID.
