Patients who are not under a managed care plan may call directly for an appointment. Patients under most managed care plans must be referred to the clinic and its doctors by their primary care provider. Physicians can call 216-778-DERM (3376) or fax 216-778-3137 to make a referral.
Patients who become sick after hours should contact the MetroHealth Line at 216-778-7878. A resident is on call after hours and can be reached by the nurses who staff the MetroHealth Line when needed.
