 MetroHealth Broadway Health Center opened in July 2004 and is located in the Broadway Shoppes of the Slavic Village/Broadway neighborhood. The 45,000 square-foot site builds on the success of both MetroHealth’s Lee-Harvard and Brooklyn Health Centers, which are based on a “retail model" of providing health care in the heart of community activity – retail centers where people work, shop, and play. The facility provides primary care and specialty services including same-day appointments through Broadway Care Access. Services include: adult care, pediatrics, Care Access (same-day appointments), obstetrics and gynecology, dermatology, dental, behavioral medicine and counseling, social services, family planning, nutrition services, radiology, ultrasound, on-site laboratory, and WIC (Women, Infants, and Children program).
