If you are enrolled with a PCP from Neighborhood Family Practice or Care Alliance, you can schedule your PCP appointments by calling those locations directly, as shown in the Provider Network Directory.

Primary care appointments will be available within 30 business days of your request, while urgent primary care appointments will be provided within 48 hours or 96 hours if prior authorization is required.

Specialty care appointments will be available within 30 business days of your request.
