Every Woman Plastic Surgery — Without the Surgery

MetroHealth plastic surgeon Ali Totonchi, MD, can work with you to improve your looks without going under the knife. Are you looking to make a change but do not want to go through a surgical procedure?

MetroHealth plastic surgeon Ali Totonchi, MD, can work with you to improve your looks without the recovery times associated with surgical procedures.

Some of the most popular nonsurgical procedures he performs are Botox injections and soft-tissue or dermal fillers.

Botox Injections

Botox injections are used to reduce the appearance of frown lines between the eyebrows, forehead furrows, and lines at the outer edges of the eye, referred to as “crow’s feet.”

Botox blocks the release of a chemical called acetylcholine which triggers the muscle contractions that create wrinkles. Results are visible within one week after treatment and last approximately three months.

Soft Tissue Fillers

Dermal fillers are known as "liquid facelifts" because they can offer many of the benefits of a surgical facelift without the downtime and surgery.

Dermal fillers are injected into the cheeks and lips to soften facial creases, fill wrinkles and improve the appearance of depressed scars. These fillers add more volume and show immediate results.
