MetroHealth Care Plus
Who Can Apply
To join MetroHealth Care Plus, you must meet certain requirements:
- Your income must be at or below 133% of the federal poverty level. This is $15,282 for a single person.
- You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant who has been in the U.S. for five years or longer.
- You must live in Cuyahoga County.
- You are 19 to 64 years old.
- You have no health insurance and you cannot get Medicaid or Medicare.
