The rendering below was unveiled by President and CEO Mark Moran at the State of the System Address on Thursday, February 23. Plans to work toward this vision for the year 2020 began in early 2012.

2012 goals include:

• Improve quality
• Create access
• Deliver the budget
• Grow the network
• Implement Medicaid waiver and expand coverage to more of Cuyahoga County's neediest residents
