MetroHealth has significantly expanded services as its neighborhood health centers, providing high-quality affordable care closer to where Cuyahoga County residents live.

New Urgent Care Center on West 150th Street
The expansion has included the opening of a second urgent care center, offering more specialists and primary care providers and adding heart testing and radiology services at additional locations.

MetroExpressCare now has a west side urgent care location at 3838 W. 150th St. at the MetroHealth West Park Health Center, minutes from the West 150th exit off I-71. Patients with minor illnesses and injuries can walk-in for care including X-rays and lab work.

MetroExpressCare is also available at MetroHealth Broadway Health Center, the first urgent care center opened in the city of Cleveland.

Beachwood Health Center Triples in Size
Patient volume at MetroHealth Beachwood Health Center was 28% higher than expected in 2011. Because of that demand for services, MetroHealth has more than tripled the size of the site at the North Building at 3609 Park East Dr.

The Beachwood center now has physicians representing internal medicine, pediatrics, adolescent medicine, family medicine, OB/GYN, orthopaedics, pulmonary medicine, women’s health, plastic surgery, podiatry, rheumatology, pediatric rheumatology, pain management, audiology, child and adolescent psychiatry, physician medicine and rehabilitation, ENT and MetroHealth’s Spine Center and Heart & Vascular Center.

This location also now offers radiology services including diagnostic X-ray, bone density screening and ultrasound. Digital mammography service will be offered starting in February.

Cardiology in Your Community
Heart & Vascular Center services have expanded throughout MetroHealth locations.

Cardiologists are now seeing patients at our Beachwood, Broadway, Brooklyn, Buckeye, Lee-Harvard, McCafferty, Old Brooklyn, Strongsville, Westlake and West Park Health Centers. Cardiac testing services have been added at the Strongsville location.
