Planning Your Visit

  • Please bring your insurance card.
  • Uninsured first-time visitors should bring proof of income, social security card, photo ID, proof of residency and family size.
  • If you scheduled an appointment, please call if you need to cancel or reschedule it

Financial Assistance

As Cuyahoga County's community-based health care system, MetroHealth treats all patients regardless of ability to pay. If you are uninsured, our financial counselors can work with you to explore eligibility for assistance. Additionally, our physicians are providers for many insurance plans.
