Our Pediatric Rheumatology staff provides inpatient and outpatient consultations and ongoing care for children and adolescents with rheumatologic and chronic inflammatory joint and bone diseases, including:
- Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis
- Systemic lupus erythematosus
- Juvenile dermatomyositis
- Juvenile spondyloarthropathy
- Psoriatic arthritis
- Pediatric vasculitis syndromes
- Such as Henoch-Schönlein purpura, Kawasaki Disease, Polyarteritis Nodosa, and Wegener's granulomatosis
- Post-infectious reactive arthritis
- Rheumatic fever
- Periodic fever syndromes
- Mixed connective tissue diseases
- Familial Mediterranean disease
- Behcet’s disease
- Inflammatory bowel diseases
- Such as Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis-related arthritis
- Pediatric bone diseases
- Osteoporosis
