The Pediatric Pulmonary Medicine team cares for children and teenagers experiencing health issues such as:
- Asthma
- Chronic wheezing and cough
- Sleep apnea
- Respiratory complications of neuromuscular diseases
- Respiratory complications of medically fragile and neurologically complex children
- Congenital anomalies of the lungs and airway
- Home ventilators
- Recurrent stridor
- Croup
- BPD
In addition, the team provides inpatient pulmonology consultations, sleep studies for infants and children, and the interpretation of pediatric sleep studies and pulmonary function tests.
