Asthma Management Clinic
Do you have shortness of breath or chest tightness? These can be signs of asthma. Asthma can cause lasting damage to your lungs and overall health if it’s not treated. Our Asthma Management Clinic is designed to teach you :
- how to take your medicines
- the warning signs of an attack
- how to prevent an attack
Allergy Clinic
Our Allergy Clinic was created to help you manage all types of allergies. Our clinic can give you the medications and facts you need. The clinic also helps with lots of allergy related issues, such as asthma, hay fever, eczema, anaphylaxis and more. Learn more about allergies.
Diabetes Self-Management and Education Program
Have you just been told you are diabetic or pre diabetic? Have you been dealing with diabetes your whole life? Our Diabetes Self-Management and Education Program is here to help. We will teach you how to:
- use your meters and understand your results
- grocery shop, plan your meals, and cook
- count your carbohydrates
- take your medicines
- prevent complication
Freedom from Smoking® (Stop Smoking)
Looking for that extra boost to help you quit smoking? Our Smoking Cessation Program will help you quit in just 8 weeks. The program will :
- provide you with free nicotine patches and gum to help you manage cravings
- teach you how to manage your stress
- work with you to understand your addiction and how to fight it

Senior Forum
Each month doctors, nurses and healthcare professionals come together for our Senior Forum. They come to teach seniors about a variety of health topics. Topics can include anything- from how to manage pain and cope with stress to healthy eating and chair exercises. The sessions are also a great chance for seniors to see friends, eat a free, healthy lunch and get their questions answered! Learn more about programs for seniors.

Do you want to lose weight? Are you ready to feel better and make healthy choices? Then our PACE+ and STRIDES programs are here for you. Making healthy choices can help improve or prevent

Asthma: Pediatric Asthma Compliance and Technique (PACT) Clinic
Asthma attacks and flare-ups can be scary for a child. They must be controlled. But it’s not enough to just treat asthma during an attack. PACT teaches kids and their families:
- how to take their medicines
- why they need to take their medicines
- how to prevent attacks
- how to treat an attack
NEW (Nutrition, Exercise and Wellness) Lifestyles
Obesity can cause many health problems. It can cause:
- diabetes
- heart disease
- high cholesterol
- high blood pressure
- joint problems
- liver problems
- sleep apnea
