Board of Trustees
About the Board
The MetroHealth System Board of Trustees is composed of ten voluntary members appointed by Cuyahoga County Council. Per Section 339 of the Ohio Revised Code, the trustees are appointed or re-appointed for a term of six years.
The Board meets monthly with the exception of March. In addition, the following board commitees meet throughout the year:
Executive Committee
Personnel Committee
Facilities and Space Committee
Finance Committee
Audit Committee
Quality and Safety Committee
Legal and Government Relations Committee
