Our team of pediatric cardiologists and cardiovascular surgeons provides highly personalized and compassionate care for our young patients and their families. We offer inpatient and ongoing evaluation and treatment of children with suspected or known heart conditions, such as:

• Congenital and acquired heart disease
• Heart rhythm disorders
• Evaluation and treatment of high blood pressure
• Fetal echocardiography

The department also offers complete diagnostic testing for children and teens, including:

• EKG and echocardiogram
• Ultrasound examinations
• Special laboratory testing (including cholesterol and triglyceride levels)

This is specialty staffed by Akron Children's Hospital physicians at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio.
