The MetroHealth Partners In Care is a program of services designed to meet all of your health care needs. Our team of health professionals work together with you in a partnership to improve your overall health and well-being.
This team approach to care is called "patient-centered" because it's built around you. Sometimes it is called a "medical home" because we want you to feel welcome and supported by your care team in a familiar place. We are the first place to call when you have a health concern, so that we can quickly assess the situation and get you the help you need right away.
Your care team will get to know you and your family and any issues in your life that are obstacles to good health. We will connect you easily with specialists if you need them, and offer you new ways to get healthy and stay healthy.
