Thank you for your interest the Case Western Reserve University-Cleveland Clinic Foundation-MetroHealth Medical Center Neonatal-Perinatal Fellowship Training program. All applications are accepted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) of the AAssociation of American Medical Colleges. Our Program accepts J1 and H1B Visas.

This program follows the December application cycle, and you may begin your application process as early as ERAS will allow. Once we have received your completed application, we will begin the interview process. (Note: The best days for interviews are Mondays.)

• Original Transcripts
• ECFMG Certificate
• USMLE Scores
• Personal Statement
• Photograph
• CV

Additional Required Letters of Recommendation

Three (3) formal letters of recommendation must be sent through ERAS in addition to the recommendation format that is suggested by the American Academy of Pediatrics Organization of Neonatal-Perinatal Program Directors.
