About MetroHealth
Patient Satisfaction
MetroHealth works to ensure every patient's experience is positive. To measure the hospital's progress, patients who received inpatient care were surveyed about their MetroHealth experience.
Survey results are sent to the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) survey. This is a national survey of hospital patients. HCAHPS was created to report to the general public how patients rate hospital care. MetroHealth's rates are compared to those reported by hospitals in Ohio and across the US.
