The employee mentoring program helps employees achieve their personal and professional development goals with the assistance of leaders within the organization who serve as mentors.

Employee Network Groups

These groups are formed by employees to reflect their members' common goals and viewpoints, while focusing on MetroHealth' business objectives. Each group is open to any and all employees of MetroHealth, regardless of age, gender, race, religion, national origin, physical ability, sexual orientation, thinking style, background, and all other attributes that make each person unique.
