Diversity Action Committee

The Diversity Action Committee is comprised of employees representing a cross-section of departments from various levels within the organization. The committee's mission is to suggest specific steps MetroHealth can take to recruit and retain U.S. underrepresented minority physicians, nurses and management staff. The committee also monitors and evaluates MetroHealth's diversity/inclusion initiatives. It helps to keep the diversity/inclusion message consistent, both internally and externally.

Diversity Advisory Council

The Diversity Advisory Council consists of 12 senior executive-level internal and external leaders whose mission is to ensure a consistent, value-added focus on MetroHealth's Diversity Strategic Plan.
