The MetroHealth System’s Department of Supply Chain Management is responsible for the procurement of equipment, materials, supplies and services for all of the MetroHealth facilities located throughout the Cuyahoga County area. It is accomplished in a manner which is cost effective and in compliance with the laws of the State of Ohio and the policies of MetroHealth. The Department of Supply Chain Management procedures conform to open, ethical and sound procurement policies. Records of purchases, bids, vendor listings and sales of surplus property are maintained by the Department. The Department also has the responsibility of monitoring purchases to ensure compliance with appropriate policies.
The Department’s business hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
