MetroHealth Rehabilitation Institute of Ohio Prescriptions

If you have already been seen by a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician and you require a refill on your medication, please have your current medication container available and call 216-778-7497 for the PM&R Automated Refill Line.

Please allow 48 business hours for completion of your refill. If you have requested that your prescription be called to your pharmacy, please check with your pharmacy after 48 hours. Depending on the medication, some prescriptions cannot be mailed to you or called to your pharmacy, they must be picked up. A nurse will let you know if that is the case.

PLEASE NOTE: If you were referred to PM&R but have not yet seen a PM&R physician we cannot dispense any medication to you until your appointment. PM&R appointments can be made by calling 216-778-4414.
