Patient Feedback The MetroHealth System welcomes feedback from its patients and visitors and strives to resolve complaints and improve our processes of care. MetroHealth has a Patient Ombudsman whose role it is to help coordinate resolution of complaints from its patients and visitors. The Patient Ombudsman can be reached by calling (216) 778-5800.
