The best way to handle any concerns you may have is to talk directly to the provider. There may have been a misunderstanding that can be worked out. If that does not solve your problem, ask the secretary for the provider's supervisor's name and leave a message for the supervisor or call the hospital’s Ombudsman at 216-778-5800.
Explain your concerns to one of the office staff secretaries. If this is not helpful, call (216) 957-3250 to reach Patient Financial Services.
If your problems have not been resolved to your satisfaction, then you have the option of contacting a MetroHealth customer service representative at (216) 778-5800.
